El Valle Golf Resort offers a cosy feeling of intimacy and serenity over its 1.1 sq.km premises, surrounded by the typical countryside of southeast Spain. The Resort features a luxurious 18-hole, par 71 golf course, created by Nicklaus Design and a spectacular Club House containing several restaurants, a bank, a supermarket and a Spike bar overlooking a stylish piazza. 

We have 2 impressive villas (next door to each other) in an elevated location overlooking the golf course and views as far as the La Manga Strip and the sea on a clear day. Each living accommodation comprises of a spacious fitted kitchen, 3 double bedrooms (can all be set as twin or triple bedrooms), 2 bathrooms, one of which is a large en-suite with dressing room, large 48sqm living/dining area with high ceiling which gives the property a light and airy feel. Outside each property there is a large conservatory area, private swimming pool (10m x 5m), a generous patio area, 2 BBQ's and a double carport. Each Villa (Villa Roja and Villa Azul) are next door to each other, are frontline to the stunning El Valle 18 hole golf course and ideal for families and friends who like to holiday together but still enjoy their own privacy. These Villas are the large 3 bedroom type (Algabas) - for your awareness, there is another 3 bed type Villa on El Valle (called an Alcor), which is considerably smaller in all areas throughout. The Algaba comfortably accommodates 6/8 and possible to sleep 10 if required, although for dining purposes 8 is the maximum catered for. 

For those irregular/fair-weather golfers or those wishing to just experience the El Valle course without the cost of taking out their own set of clubs, we have provided 4 sets (varying standard) for use during your stay. 

Playstation 3 (with a small selection of games including FIFA '08), 42" Flat Screen TV, Digital TV including all SKY Sports Channels (full channel list), DVD Player (selection of films & Children's DVD's provided), Radio, CD Player (variety of compilations CD's provided) and iPod speakers 

Wireless laptop and wireless printer (useful for printing on-line boarding passes), full Internet Broadband Access along with access to the Polaris World Intranet, useful for internet shopping from Polaris supermarket. 

Large conservatory area with table, 8 chairs, built-in barbeque, 8 seater luxury sofa; a pergola area also with patio table and 2nd barbeque; an impressive swimming pool (10m x 5m), pool loungers, Garden area & parking area in the front for 4 cars. 

The rear of the property overlooks the 12th hole (par 3) and the fantastic tranquil view of the neighbouring mountain range

Two weeks prior to your departure we require a refundable breakages deposit of £200; this will be repaid within 4 weeks of your return minus any deductions.
