This stunning 7/8 bedroom contemporary villa is located in a quiet residential area in a suburb of Marbella and in front are sand dunes and pathways through the pine trees to glorious sandy beaches.

The villa is set in walled secure grounds with electric gates, a full alarm system and video surveillance. The grounds are spacious with a large lawned area to the side with childrens tree house and trampoline. Here you will also find the bar and barbeque with shady outside dining area. 

The 12 metre heated swimming pool is surrounded by wooden decking furnished with sun loungers and day beds, and in
the corner is a cushioned circular chill out area.

The terrace overlooking the pool has a lounge area with big comfortable sofas.

The villa itself is in a slightly art deco style with sharp angles and lots of chrome and glass. The interiors are very stylish, light and airy and have been furnished with taste and style and very high quality furniture. 

The dining room, with glass wall on two sides which open out to the terrace, comfortably seats up to 30 guests and is ideal for entertaining. The second, formal dining room is smaller and ideal for more intimate dinners. 

The professional fully fitted kitchen has two ovens, two fridge freezers and every conceivable gadget including and industrial juicer. 

The vast living room is divided into two sections, a television area with grey suede and leather sofas, and a circular seating area from where you overlook the pool terrace or the Japanese water garden to the side of the villa. 

In addition on the ground floor is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a guest cloakroom. On the
lower floor there are two double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom. Here there is also a superb fully fitted gym with state of the art equipment, a cinema and a games room with pool table and televisions with games consoles. Here also is a staff bedroom with en-suite shower room.

On the first floor is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and double Jacuzzi bath and a private balcony with day beds and sea views. From here a glass spiral staircase leads to the roof top terrace with hot tub, more sun beds and more stunning views. Here you also have three more double bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms. Many of the bedrooms can be configured as twins if required. The villa has full air conditioning and wireless internet access throughout and each room has an individual lighting system. 

There are plasma screen televisions throughout with 4 separate satellite systems.

Two weeks prior to your departure we require a refundable breakages deposit of 4000 euros, this will be repaid within 4 weeks of your return minus any deductions.
