This beautiful spacious villa has been furnished to a high standard throughout and has views of the sea. This Villa is for guests that want a little more for their accomodation.
 
The villa is situated on two levels. Level 1 consists of bedrooms, Kitchen with lounge area, main lounge/dining area, bathrooms.
 
Enter the villa into the large marble hallway. The independant marble top kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, iron with board.
The comfortable lounge has a 3, 2 and 1 seater comfortable sofas , 52 inch plasma TV with basic sky package.There is also a DVD, hi fi and video player.
The Dining area consists of table and chairs for 4 people.  The lounge and dining area have patio doors leading to a balcony that provides patio furniture, stunning sea views and over looks the pool and terrace. The large double bedroom has a double bed, flarge itted wardrobes, and an en suite with Jacuzzi bath and shower. The other 2 bedrooms one which has an en suite have double beds and large wardrobe space. The large bathroom consists of bath with shower attachment, wc, and sink. 
The lower floor consists of a beautiful spacious 2nd lounge has a 40 inch TV with BBC1/BBC2/ITV/channel 4 & 5.  There are 2 x 3 seater sofas plus patio doors that lead to the pool terrace. On this level you find bedroom 4 with double bed, plus and another bathroom.
There is also a safe fitted in the villa.
The large 12 x 5 metre private heated pool is surrounded by its beautiful terrace with a with several sets of patio furniture, sun loungers, outside shower and toilet, an outstanding roofed bar area with fridge and BBQ.  The outside is totaly private and not overlooked. This unique villa sleeps up to 8 people.
 
The manager of this property lives nearby and is on hand at all times in case of any unforeseen matters. The owner also maintains the property on a regular basis in order to keep the villa to a high standard throughout.  You will be greeted on arrival to be shown around the villa and to give general advice regarding the local area. The heated pool has been constructed to the highest level by a local established company. Its main features are the roman styled steps that lead into the pool . The pool is at a constant level of 1.2 metres deep. It has been fully tiled to a high standard. The pool also boasts underwater lighting that compliments the exterior lighting of the property. The pool lighting and filtration system all works on a timer therefore there is no maintenance required.

This Villa is siuated in a very quiet residential road in Callao Salvaje. Callao Salvaje is a quiet resort area of southern Tenerife. Statistically Callao Salvaje has more hours of sunlight per day than any other other areas in Tenerife. 

This  Villa is a 6/7 minute walk to the main area of hotels, bars, banks, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, supermarkets etc. There is a small friendly french bakers nearby that we highly recommend for all your fresh bread and cakes. 

The resort is a 10 minute drive from the busy Las Americas and Los Cristianos. The resort does have some late night bars with plenty of entertainment, and is also well known for some exquisite restaurants. The taxi rank and bus stop is a 5 minute walk for those wishing to venture out. 

The beach is an 8 minute stroll away that is half sand half pebble with many rocks and a jetty that is ideal for fishing, snorkelling etc. 

Both Costa Adeje and Abama golf course complexes are only a 10 minute drive away. The excellent beaches of Del Duque is only 10 minutes away. Within a 5 minute walk of the villa is the brand new 4 star sports complex that provide tennis, paddle, squash, volleyball, basketball, large swimming pool plus has a gym, health and fitness club. Ideal for families.
