This Villa is a luxurious villa situated in Kastri ,where a romantic traveller could easily imagine the Ancient Greek goddess Artemis being worshiped in such a house. Built on the edge of Koukoumianos gorge, it was the owner's birthplace. 

There are some interesting excursions you can go in Kastri, Melidoni and the outskirts. 

You can also attend many cultural events and evenings of traditional Cretan music. For those who enjoy mountain hiking and trekking, the area is ideal. There is a wide range of valleys, springs and Orthodox chapels to discover. 
Built in 1850, and renovated in 1995, the villa has got all the modern equipment in order to satisfy even the most demanding guest, as well as traditional fireplaces and wooden ovens. 

The outdoor part of the house spreads into 4 acres of terraces, with dense vegetation, a kiosk, paved courtyards, hidden corners and a swimming pool with a view of the mountains and the lush green landscape. You will definitely feel the magic of Cretan nature.

Two weeks prior to your departure we require a refundable breakages deposit of £400; this will be repaid within 4 weeks of your return minus any deductions.

Please note that prices are for the villa and not per person, villa sleeps 8 people.
