A Look Outside.
This contemporary villa is in a class of its own when it
comes to luxury and style, and you can see it with everywhere you
look. When you arrive at the villa you will see that there is
plenty of space for off road parking behind your own private gates,
but mostly you won't be able to take your eyes off of the stunning
sight of the front of the villa. As you see the clean crisp white
of the walls and the modern look of the glass fronted stairwell you
will know that this holiday will be one to remember.
At the back of the villa, the first thing that catches
your eye is the multi level decking areas - perfect for sunbathing
and offering plenty of space for relaxing and sharing time with
your friends and family. The outside space has comfortable sun
loungers and a shaded four poster beach bed as well as a further
two seating areas with large comfortable sofas and chairs and
tables. There is a BBQ for you to enjoy some alfresco dining in
style as well as plenty of grassed areas to make use of.
As well as the obvious luxury we find the small details
that count too, like the finishing touches of candle lanterns on
the decking area and the tastefully placed potted trees and shrubs
that all add to the feeling of a villa that is well loved and cared
for.
Of course the private infinity pool is an outstanding
feature of this villa, the property faces south east, and so from
the garden and the pool you have wonderful views out over the golf
course and Costa del Sol countryside and the Mediterranean
beyond.
A Look Inside
The inside of this villa is outstanding from ceiling to
floor this is a stylish villa. All open plan, the large living
space is highlighted by an opening glass wall leading from the
living area to the decking area. The doors fold back completely
giving a real sense of openness and the outside coming in.
The walls are bright white and the silver of the chrome
fittings blend seamlessly. The feature of the living room is the
high ceilings with its balconies and mezzanine floors edging the
upper part of the living space. There are two rooms that flank
either side of the lounge, one is a smaller snug living area with
comfortable chairs and the other is a spacious dining area. With
room for six people to enjoy a meal the stylish zebra print chairs
are appealing and fun and are a good example of how well thought
out this villa is.
The artwork that is used in the villa is exceptional.
From the paintings on the wall, to the artefacts in the shelves it
all contributes to creating a villa that would not look out of
place in 'Hello' magazine. There is a wall mounted flat screen TV
and fire place perfect for cosy evenings relaxing.
The dining area leads through to the open plan kitchen
area, and the kitchen is as modern as the rest of the villa. An
enjoyable space that completely compliments the villa with its
smooth lines and modern feel, there is a door that leads out onto
the decking area and as it is open plan, you be able to be in
contact with the rest of the house. You will find a large American
style fridge freezer and a breakfast bar area, along with cookers
and a dishwasher.
One of the stylish bedrooms is on the ground floor; this
bedroom is a double and is decorated to the same high standard as
the rest of the property. There is an en suite bathroom and a guest
toilet. Upstairs there are a further two spacious bedrooms with en
suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have their own flat screen TV's and
are the perfect place to lay your head after a full day enjoying
the Costa del Sol.
