Located in the zone of Vall d en March the villa is set back off the road to Lluch nestled in its own private extensive grounds affording wonderful views of the mountains beyond and not far from the old town of Pollensa with its abundance of super restaurants and amenities.

    The villas driveway takes you up to the house. Covered pergola terrace affronts the main door. Front door opens into a lobby. To your left is a delightful double bedroom with feature spot lights, fitted wardrobes and en suite complete bathroom with shower over the bath, including its ultra modern bathroom fitments and decorated in stylish beige tiles.

    To your right archway off the lobby leads into a glorious lounge/dining with its white painted beams, decorated in quality contemporary furnishings including a beautiful wood dining table, with its wall of large glass doors leading out to the pool and gardens gives a light and airy summer feel.       Two weeks prior to your departure we require a refundable breakages deposit of £200, this will be repaid within 4 weeks of your return minus any deductions if applicable.
