Stunning luxury villas in a great beach front location
Cabopino, meaning Pine Cape, has to be one of the Costa del Sol's best kept secrets. Still relatively undeveloped, the pine trees meet the beach and its wonderful sand dunes. Just a 30 minute drive from Malaga airport, there is much to do here, while still being a beautiful, relaxing place to stay. However with the flamboyant nightlife of Marbella and Fuengirola just a short drive, taxi or bus ride away, there is the best that the area can offer right on the doorstep.
This hidden jewel has a lovely beach, a delightful harbour to stroll around and several renowned restaurants. Cabopino also offers an ancient fortified watch tower which sits right on the beach. Climb it and look out over the sea towards Marbella, Gibraltar and even Africa. The beach is very sheltered, clean and gently sloping, making it perfect for children. There are two artificial reefs either side which keep out the waves and there are lifeguards on duty throughout the summer months.
Cabopino has many quality beach bars and restaurants, known as chiringitos, which are frequently visited by the rich and famous who tie their yachts up to one of the many moorings there. Prices are very reasonable and the seafood is amazing. There are also delightful restaurants around the harbour which offer international cuisine, from Italian through to Chinese and vegetarians are well catered for. Whether it is an ice-cream at the beach, or sangria at the marina that is desired, Cabopino's evening buzz will leave lasting memories.
With so much on offer including your luxury villa, a beautiful beach, a host of fine restaurants, the delightful harbour, golf, water-sports and great evenings; it's hard to believe that places like Cabopino still exist.
This beautiful contemporary style, modern beachfront villa is located within walking distance to Puerto Cabopino marina and just 10 minutes drive from Marbella.
