The living area is a spacious 250 m2 spread, over two floors plus a large garage.The upper area is light, spacious and houses the fully equipped designer kitchen, with adjoining dining area and living room, leading onto the expansive outdoor area which is what truly makes this house sparkle. The large terrace is a stage to the beautiful view of the bay - complete with your private infinity pool (approx. 4m x 5m) and numerous sun loungers to drink in the view. There is a outdoor dining area adjacent to the dining room, with a small Mediterranean garden which enjoys refreshing, cooling mountain breezes which are peppery with the scent of pines and herbs.
The Master bedroom is white, bright, light flooded room (with dark curtains for lie-ins) and the amazing view of the bay of Alcudia and its' passing parade of sail boats. An early morning coffee on the balcony off the bedroom is a particular delight. The bed is a comfortable UK Super King size. The master bedroom has en-suite facilities which have been thoughtfully designed.
The second bedroom is generously sized, with a UK King sized bed, en suite facilities and beautiful views to the mountain with its pine and olive forests.
The third bedroom is equally comfortable and well sized - enjoying the same wonderful view to the mountain, pine forests & olive groves. It is also furnished with a UK King sized bed and has an en suite bathroom.
A garage, and fully fitted laundry room (including washing machine and tumble dryer) means that you can travel lightly - reserving space so that are able to take home local wine & delicacies. The basement has ample storage room to store your empty suitcases - keeping your bedroom uncluttered.
About 1.5km east of central Puerto Alcudia in the privileged residential area of Alcanada (Aucanada). This leafy, upmarket residential area offers exclusivity, yet is only a couple of minutes away from the famed Alcanada Golf course, designed by Robert Trent Jones Snr. & Jnr. -the most scenic golf course on the island. Even closer by, is the famed restaurant La Terraza - you will be glad to discover this gem for yourself and enjoy the marvelous terrace for a coffee, or fresh seafood for a dining experience that fond memories are made of. Tucked away, near the restaurant, is a small convenience store selling pastries, bread, milk, wine, ice cream and other essentials to make your stay effortless.
When you are ready to venture out - you are minutes away from Puerto Alcudia the old fishing village, and Alcudia, the oldest town in Mallorca. The old town of Alcudia has a 14th Century wall, and is pedestrianised, making it perfect for exploring on foot and allowing you to enjoy the many small restaurants. Every Tuesday & Sunday throughout the year, Alcudia also hosts a market, where its' narrow streets are lined with interesting stalls which are packed with traditional, local goods (sobrassada anyone?) Despite its historic importance, Alcudia is perhaps most renowned for its' 7kms of curving white beach, that shelves gently into the sea with its thatched beach huts and sun beds, palm trees, beach-side cafés and restaurants. A wide variety of water sports are to be found on the beach & the bay has shallow water which makes it popular with families with small children. Over and above the long, uninterrupted, sandy beaches, there are smaller, hidden beaches awaiting your discovery. Just 45 minutes away is sophisticated Palma, bursting with energy and cosmopolitan delights.

Rental & Booking Information
- All prices are subject to change and will be confirmed by the reservations manager at time of Booking
- Certain properties require a security deposit, the amount of which will be confirmed on Booking
- For cot rentals no bedding is provided - clients are expected to bring their child's own bedding for the duration of their stay at one of our villas. Bedding can be arranged at an additional fee.
- Due to a new provincial law in the Balearic Islands, the Ecotax must be applied to all rentals starting from the 1st of July 2016. Therefore all bookings will have an extra ecotax charge of 2.20 euros per person per day applied to the total amount . This is a legal requirement as according to the new Balearic regional government and we are legally obliged to charge clients and pass the relevant amount on to the tax office in accordance with the law.
